Stash Acquisition Update

Boonville was good to me! I got to give my friend Maia a hand two weeks ago, helping her setup & staff her Tactile: A Fiber Arts Studio booth at the California Wool & Fiber Festival at the Mendocino County Fair. It was HOT, with temps topping 3 digits, but the company was great. AND I came home with these 3 lurvely naturally-dyed skeins!

On top is superwash merino sport-weight in 'Key Lime'. I'm thinking a quick pair of socks, but still looking for the perfect pattern. The yellow is also sw merino, but in fingering weight 'Meyer Lemon', & it's gonna become a pair of Swirl Socks, Maia's own design. The last skein is 'Cherry Blossom', a sw merino/bamboo/nylon blend that I'm planning to use to make Franklin Habit's Stitches in Time, aka 'Lace for Short Attention Spans'. Right up my alley!

Now, if I can just finish off my Annetrelac socks...
