I Suck, I Really Do!
Bad, bad blogger! But here is something I found today that I think you'll like (I know I'll be trying it out soon): Russian Join Tutorial by Ann Yotter, courtesy of Knitting Anyway. Need to make an invisible join in your yarn, and the spit-splice method won't suit? This is the way to go. (And thanks to jan.hamby, who shared this link in a comment on the Rockin' Sock Club blog.)
