You might want to check out the site for Locks of Love. I think they'll take it even if it's dyed. THey'll accept it even if it's grey too, but they will end up selling it to subsidize the hair pieces for kids.
I plan on donating in the Spring. I want to be able to cut off that much and still be able to pull my hair back as it annoys me:)
Holy crap V! Are you donating that?
ReplyDeleteit's colored, so i'm not sure they want it. i might spin it or knit some into my 365 project.
ReplyDeleteLove your new do. I just cut all of mine off too. You can still donate it to Locks for Love even if it's colored.
ReplyDeletethanks ladybug! didn't know that. will consider doing that; i have a friend, michael, who does every year or two (his hair grows faster than mine).
