WIPs

Remember how I wanted to make myself a cozy for my teapot? Remember how that didn't work out so well? Saw the hat-cum-tea-cozy that Hello Yarn made from Saartje de Brujin's pattern, and thought I'd give it a 2nd go. Presenting: Cozy 2.0, whichI'm almost done with; just need to do the decrease rows. That'll be what I take with me to do at our SnB, Purl 'n Hurl, tonight. Whee! All for Norovember.

But I need another project to bring with me tonight, 'cuz finishing this shouldn't take any time at all (even with cocktails involved; hence the 'whee!') So, I think I'll bring another WIP: the Felted Cloche aka Flowers on a Grave, pattern from the AntiCraft. As you can see, I'm using Lamb's Pride Worsted, and it, too, is almost complete, only needing the decrease rows. Rather than the knit flowers, however, I'm going to add one of these flower pins I just bought on eBay (the pink one, duh).

Last is this shot of my Freeform 365 project. Enjoy!

  1. I like the way your freeform project has implements dangling off of it in many places. I think I'd be tempted to keep one on there as a design element.

Your cloche is going to be awesome too - thanks for demonstrating the proper pronounciation : )
