Check it out: yarn!! Dude, I *told* you I'm addicted to sock yarn now! I LOVE this yarn. Those are Velma colors, dontchaknow. I really wanted 2 skeins (for kneesocks), but only had the cash for one. Picked it up at A Perfect Yarn in Crescent City Monday, on the way home from the camping trip. These are gonna be great socks.More progress on the stockinette "Walkin' on the Wild Tide" socks; I'm up past the heel now, working my way closer to the increases for my massive, muscular calves. Some time this weekend, I'm sure. Photos to come, I promise, and I'll try to get the colors better than the last one, which didn't do justice to this gorgeous yarn.
Speaking of socks, I joined two more sock knitalongs: Summer of Socks (which starts on the Solistice and runs through the fall Equinox) and Six Sox KAL (runs year-round). Check 'em out if you haven't already.
