Red Scarf Project 2007

This was taken a week ago, but didn't think to post it. It is a shot of my WIP for the Red Scarf Project sponsored by Orphan Foundation of America, and was taken at our local SnB, Purl 'n Hurl.

Done in seed stitch, I'm using Manos del Uruguay. Don't you think it complements my too-much-cranberry Cosmopolitan nicely? I know I'd enjoy receiving this.

If you haven't already checked it out, be sure to visit the Red Scarf Project 2007 blog. There you will find all the info you need to participate yourself. All the scarves sent in will be added to care packages mailed at Valentine's Day to college students that have 'aged out' of foster care.

Oh, yeah, the button (almost forgot).

  1. It also matches the sweater you're wearing (at least the cuff). From the looks of the yarncake, that's going to be one gorgeous scarf.
