Lizard, proud member of my local Stitch 'n Bitch, brought me this mousepad from her recent trip to Washington, DC. The training she attended, "USAID Rules & Regulations" (whatever I did to get out of that one, thank you!), was held at the Red Cross headquarters, and while there, Liz spied this trinket and thought of me.
